Asset Management
The core business of Bloch Partner is asset management. This includes:
Identification of client needs, creation of the client and risk profile.
Agreement of investment strategy.
Implementation of investment strategy and reporting.
The business relations are contractually regulated:
The account relationship (existing or new account) is regulated by the usual bank formalities.
An asset management agreement is concluded between the customer and Bloch Partner. It regulates all rights and obligations, e.g. the agreed investment strategy.
The customer grants Bloch Partner a limited power of attorney to manage his/her bank account/deposit.

Bloch Partner Vermögensverwaltungs AG is an asset manager licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA (in accordance with Art. 17 Para. 1 of the Swiss Federal Law on Financial Institutions, FINIG) and is affiliated to the supervisory organisation (AO) of AOOS - Schweizerische Aktiengesellschaft für Aufsicht for ongoing supervision.
Bloch Partner Vermögensverwaltungs AG is an active member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM) and adheres to the SAAM's industry recommendations.
Verification of compliance with the duties of due diligence in asset management
and money laundering legislation by a recognised auditing company.
